Job Validity: 90 days

Job Description:

  • Ensure that all CRs and Projects are following the defined process of Bank Business
  • Conduct Stage Gate Inspections at various different stages of SDLC, including Post Implementation Review (PIR)
  • Report any non-conformances / gaps identified during Stage Gate Inspections
  • Update CLM with all identified non-conformances / gaps identified
  • Track all reported non-conformances / gaps identified during Inspections
  • Ensure that PCI (Process compliance Index) is published after each Stage gate Inspection
  • Ensure that Corrective actions and Target date are filled for the identified gaps and they are effective
  • Track all non-conformances / gaps identified during Inspections until closure
  • Track Incidents and ensure Root Cause Analysis separately for PIR Stage
  • Report status of Incidents on daily / weekly basis
  • Publish PIR Closure report for each CR
  • Capture Lessons Learnt and Best Practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferably at a post-graduate level
  • Perform or support any other tasks / activities related to Quality Control related to entire SDLC including PIR phase
