Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in banking, the person will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of client banking services, with a focus on areas such as digital banking/ loans/ corporate banking. Leveraging the candidate expertise in business analysis and banking operations, the person will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and drive initiatives that enhance our banking offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders, including both functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
4. Develop detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other documentation as needed.
5. Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
6. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions, loans products, and corporate banking services.
7. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
8. Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training, change management, and post implementation support.
9. Act as a subject matter expert on banking products and services, providing guidance and support to stakeholders as needed.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to banking, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, preferably with a local bank in Saudi Arabia.
3. Experience in digital banking or loans or corporate banking is highly desirable.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal, is preferred.
7. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
8. Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous.
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Note: This is a contract position for a duration of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Arabic speakers are preferred due to the nature of client interactions and local market requirements.
